Details of our latest roles are outlined below:
Portfolio Team Manager
The Portfolio Team Manager is responsible for service delivery and the quality of work delivered to the client. Coordinating the Portfolio Team to manage and maintain the portfolio; in addition, the Portfolio Team Manager is responsible for high level reporting such as consumption reports, financial accruals and budgets.
The Portfolio Manager is responsible for service delivery to the Portfolio Team Manager and the quality of work delivered to the client. Working alongside the Portfolio Team to manage and maintain the portfolio; in addition, the Portfolio Manager is responsible for high level reporting such as consumption reports, financial accruals and budgets.
The Portfolio Administrator is a support role, working within a Portfolio Team managing utility billing and finance reporting for our customers. It generally involves administration work, including entering utility billing onto our system as it’s received, carrying out basic checks, following up with utility suppliers on the phone, and assisting with project work where required. You will also assist with bill validation within our tailored system.
The Portfolio Executive role contributes to service delivery to several customers, for services including Procurement, Bill Validation, Finance Reporting, Metering and Annual Reporting. Working with a Portfolio Team to assist with the delivery of the services across customers, a Portfolio Executive develops the skills over time to work more independently and take on more responsibility for client delivery. Working closely with the Portfolio Manager, the Portfolio Executive will deliver customer service to a high standard to all third parties and clients.
Tenant Billing Manager
The Tenant Billing Manager will be responsible for the ongoing operation of one of our key contracts which involves tenant energy recharging for c1500 tenant meters. You will have an excellent understanding of utility billing processes or bill validation experience.
Energy Reporting Analyst
The energy reporting analyst is responsible for supporting both our data analytics team and invoice processing team to develop and deliver key reports to clients. You will need knowledge of the energy market and different data feeds, along with a strong mathematical and analytical skillset.
